BOOKING A CONSULTATION If you wish to book a consultation with me then please contact me at the following: Caroline Eyles Homeopath 5 Radway Road Southampton Hampshire SO15 7PT Tel: 023 80773500 Email: caroline@eyles.co.uk If I am unable to answer then there is usually an answer phone where you can leave your name, number and the reason for your call. Calls will then be returned as soon as possible. Only urgent calls will be returned after 7.00pm weekdays and at weekends. THE FIRST AND SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATIONS During the first consultation I will need to find out about your current state of health and your medical history. Allow 1½ hours for this consultation. Further consultations are generally made at 4 week intervals, and the time between appointments increases as your health improves. Allow ¾ hour for these consultations. Telephone consultations are available in acute emergencies. FEES First Consultation: Adults £55.00 Children £45.00 Further Consults: Adults £35.00 Children £30.00 Acute Phone Consults: Adults £15.00 Children £15.00 Remedies are included in the consultation fees. Any extra remedies will be charged at £5.00 per bottle. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and appointments not kept are charged a £25.00 cancellation fee. |
