Welcome!

My classes vary from a flowing Vinyasa Yoga to a slower Yin Yoga or a more Restorative style of Yoga. They are suitable for all ages and abilities, including complete beginners.

Whatever style the class takes it always has a focus on the use of breath and movement to enhance mindful awareness of the present moment and connection on all levels of the person.
