I offer a variety of yoga classes around Southampton. Most of my yoga is a yoga flow style using yoga mats but I also offer chair yoga classes. One-to-one and group Zoom yoga sessions can also be arranged seperately – please email me for details.
My classes are suitable for all abilities, whether you are new to yoga, returning to yoga or even a regular practitioner of yoga. All my classes are themed and previous themes have focussed on Happiness, Yoga Chakras, Shoulder Mobility and Hip Health
